Glum.

Yesterday was a nice day, well after my exam aha. The sun was out, it was hot, and I was just feeling good, positive vibes.

Today – the opposite. It’s cold, raining and downcast. And so is my mood.

I figured out I suffered from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD, ironically, for short) a few years back. It gets worse in the winter, I avoid leaving the house, I’m constantly down, and don’t want to do anything. Always tired and generally just feeling like crap.
It’s weird ain’t it.

The weather in Manchester lately has been so up and down and unpredictable, that it’s really affecting me and my mood as a result. It’s kinda grim. I was so happy yesterday, and today, well I just can’t wait to crawl into bed and shut the world out.

Do any of you suffer from the same thing? Please feel free to share; I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
